Looks like your bike packing with all that gear strapped to your bike. I'm surprised you didn't have a spare wheel in there somewhere.

I left it behind to save some weight. Never again!!!

I think Problems are part of the adventure.
Like being miles from a cabin on Thanksgiving breaking a chain, unable to fix it, walking on the flat, pushing on the hills, and coasting on the downhills, with it starting to snow.
It was a looooong time ago, but I remember.

Day two was a cruise up the river taking a mish-mash of trails. Really busy, everyone was chill. Redwoods are my thing!

Went down to the local bike co-op, the Bike Church, and trued my wheel a little bit. Good enough to get me through the day! Then went over to Wilder Ranch which was great! A great mix of open space, redwood groves, and live oak forest. A lot of it was just cruising, but I found a couple of the really good trails! Totally my jam, will be back!
