Sounds like Cam McCaul... But I've only listened to the first minute.
And so good to see Marzocchi - even if it is just a Fox in wolf clothing!

Chain Reaction Cycles in-house brand, supposed to be pretty solid bikes. Need to factor in shipping from the UK on top of the list price. Their free shipping policy doesn't extend to bikes. Are "Vitus" bikes any good?

Yeah, noticed that right off...Cool….but same problem as usual….fixed dropouts.
The one in the linked article has swinging dropouts that look similar to the old Salsa dropouts, but it looks like the standard option is geared. They'll build anything... If you can afford it.
Better shot of the rear end from IG.

I oogled over it this morning and even sent Faustie a text about it.This kind of makes me wish I hadn't unloaded all the spare parts that would have given me a good start on a SS build.

A bit too steep in the HTA. It's gonna wonder back and forth at slow speeds and uphill. Looks like more of a single purpose DH shuttle-buddy blaster.I oogled over it this morning and even sent Faustie a text about it.
It would seem that they went with that STA to take some of the pressure off the butt, lol.A lot to like with a good steel hardtail. Bravo, Transition.
I've found that I don't want a STA on any hardtail over 75° – even one for the gnar. Especially with a fork as long as 150mm. It puts a lot of weight on your hands and upper body, and, for me, is not conducive to long days. I think a little more relaxed STA on a hardtail doesn't markedly affect uphill or DH prowess.

Yes, relaxed...steep? or did you mean slack?
I dig the purple one.The blue is awesome.
$4k for a Haro!?! It doesn't even say what DT Swiss wheelset it comes with. Unless I missed that part...
DT Swiss XM1700 with 36T hub. Consumers are paying mostly for the GX Transmission on the top spec build, which would commit them to commensurate replacement parts for the drivetrain. Still, it's pink, and I'd be the coolest dad in first grade!$4k for a Haro!?! It doesn't even say what DT Swiss wheelset it comes with. Unless I missed that part...

The Roscoe is my main contender for next bike, except I want the Miami Green in the "9" spec. I had a 2010 Roscoe III, and it was glorious until Trek ran out of replacement chain stays and gave me a Slash 9. How tall are you, and what size would you get? I'm 6' and think a L would fit best, but I also like them kinda little, so maybe a M/L?We sell Haros and we saw this one also, the parts group is ok, but not $4K for and aluminum hardtail. I myself am almost ready to pull the trigger on a Roscoe frame. Pull all the parts off my Fuel and put them on the Roscoe. It’d be a bad ass hardtail.

Thanks for the sizing intel.View attachment 92067
They don’t make a 9 spec. You’re probably looking the same one I am. The 6 spec. I want the teal with speckles paint job. I am 5’10 and ride a large and would ride a large Roscoe.
