Pulled a Mikey

One year later... doing pretty well. No real problems for most things, including riding. Seem slower/weaker while climbing but it may just be me getting a year older. Also, feeling a bit of loss of my stoke. Harder to get out and hit the dirt lately. Have had a couple of issues going on that are serious and having a hell of a time getting resolution on one and there is no hope on the other which is really hard to deal with. Anyway, don't need a hip replacement at this point so that is a plus.
Riding can be therapeutic..... And we all can use therapy

Saw the doc on Thurs. Says all is still fine. No new appts. for 1 yr. If I make it a year without needing a new hip, I'll probably be good for 20 yrs more. Guess I'd then be one of the few nonagenarians still alive and without a hip replacement. What are the odds?
nonagenarians.
Who comes up with these words? :coffee:
