I can't get 6 months out of a modern Shimano bottom bracket, but this one makes up for it. Going on 35 years and still spinning...

Oh yeah... And I christened the Hightower at Palm Canyon- As @Grego was quick to point out. I wanted to go left. The bike wanted to go right. So it decided to buck me off and cut the switchback on its own.

Thats cheap compared to the hemophiliac drugs one of the guys in my family takes to control it. I saw a bill one time that the State covers. Something like $49K!

4x a year injections I give myself for psoriatic arthritis, just had to stab myself and that’s the receipt. Luckily I have a good PPO or else I’d be in a lot of pain or debt.

@Cornholio, stay tough. One of my bros has PA also, and it has impacted him somewhat. But he is still a badass, so you're still on the hook, pal.

It has helped immensely. I used to have bad mornings where I’d hobble into work with sore joints. After starting Stelara I hardly have any pain at all. Goal is to get off meds completely though!
