Warning…..GRAPHIC!!!! Worst MTB injury I’ve ever seen. This guy was riding the new Sunset Ridge trail at Hawes in East PHX. There are several rock drops and jumps. He apparently crashed and dislodged a 2 foot diameter boulder which either landed on or rolled over his left arm.
The actual rider posted up today that he miraculously doesn’t have any tendon or muscle damage, just a broken ulna and a rod was put in to secure that. He was apparently given a 6 week prognosis and then PT of course.
