New Dog Day ...

Well the time came about a week and a half ago and we gave back our dog. He was on Prozac, xanax and CBD oil every day and still a total mess every time we left. His separation anxiety was more than we could deal with making us almost trapped to the house or only going to places dogs were allowed. We were informed today that they found a new home for him with a family that has another whippet and work full time from home. We hope he is happy.

So sorry to hear it ended up that way. I'm sure it was unbelievably hard to say goodbye, but it sounds like the new situation will be a perfect fit for him, and maybe he won't even need the medication. And you guys will get your lives and freedom back.
