It is people power... The Facebook group alone ballooned to 20,000 people in less than a week. And yep... Not everyone will jump back on the bandwagon. I'm undecided. Let's see what the corporate bigwigs are doing 6 months from now.
I have bought a few things from them, including the Hightower that's in the garage. That was a smoking deal on a complete bike. It's the whole reason that there's an SC in the garage instead of a GG. Economics at the time. I had zero issues, and was pleasantly surprised by the detail in their assembly. The Professor on the other hand has had an absolute nightmare in getting his new Yeti together. Wrong fork, wrong wheels, wrong free hub, wrong size dropper, multiple parts sent back, double billing, and more... That experience would keep me away more than the corporate screw up.

I agree, BC screwed up, an apologie is fine and all..but the damage is done.
