I think the lawyer (Alan Kang) Is the one who really ruined that company. Plus they didn't answer their phones. They took down the Chumba forum due to all the bad mouthing about the company. I sold mine to a guy in the OC, so it may be there still somewhere.

Shame they came to a bad end; it'd be nice to see what they would have made in today's market. I've seen a couple of their 29er HT frames on pinkbike and clist.

Mine used to belong to Magna, one of the STR guys. You can still see the faint residue of an SCV Dirtbags sticker but the "Sir Nardington" decal is all gone.

Didn't Chumba get bought a couple of years ago? Pretty sure they still make bikes out of Texas.

Yup. Different sort of company now. They still sell bearing kits for the XCL, though.

Mine came from a STR guy, but I traded some stuff for it. Forgot the guys name though.
