Not sure....we bought a medium and it was way too small. Again that was on the club Fit.
I did a XL Race Fit for myself and couldn’t get it on. Had to bump up to XXL and it still fits snug. The Club Fit the XL fits loose.
The good news is that they have a 100% Fit guarantee and they cover shipping.

I'm about an inch shorter than you and 5-10 pounds heavier. I have an XL in the trail and it's really baggy... My XL in the club jersey, on the other hand, turns me into a nicely stuffed sausage.
It's the only XL I own in cycling jerseys... All of my others are L.

and I like things to fit a little loose to hide things 
. I usually wear a large in pretty much every brand of women's jerseys.

I'm an MTBer for sure. I only do a dozen or so road rides a year. I just like busting chops.
As far as sizing goes Jennifer is 5'6" 130 (did I say that out loud?) and wears a club cut medium and it fits her perfectly.
