I'm riding my bike RIGHT NOW! (Live and direct)

Riding the Almosta (Almost a) Trail about 20 miles north of downtown Prescott today. A great backcountry feel XC type ride. In the top photo below is Granite Mountain of Granite Mountain Hotshots “fame” after 19 firefighters perished fighting a wildfire a few years back. Anyway, beautiful country.

Just passed the Doppler Ball on my way up Blackstar for my first of three climbs for today! The singlespeed isn't nearly as hard on my knees as I thought it would be - 'cuz I'm standing the whole time. Can't wait to pick my way down Motorway and then climb Maple Springs! You guys were right all along - climbing is where it's at! :thumbsup: :cool:

Shoot - having troubles uploading my pics. Oh well. Most of you have been here, so you know what it looks like.

Sheesh it's getting hot out here though! Good thing I brought a bottle of Tailwinds OK - back at it! Only 8000' of climbing left to go! :gag:
