Going Paleo? Does it work?

The prodigal son is leaving for a cross-country climbing trek on Thursday. The fatted calves have been sacrificed and consumed...(for the past month)... and I have been spending way too much time in the back seats of Uber cars... (and of course opposing counsel got a trial continuance).... thank goodness for the personal wireless hot spot on the IPhone... back to this thread soon.

In the meantime, I have been hitting the trainer HARD at least four days per week... getting some good rides with friends in... and trying to stay on top of my game... well, near the surface of my game.

Back to this quest soon.

217.2lbs post morning urination. Poo occurs around 11am when I try to be at the office. Never take a 5hit on your own time, I say.

This is a fun game @StrandLeper! I have a feeling this thread will meet that from @herzalot in the iMTBtrails upper stratosphere eventually. Did anyone put down four Filet O' Fish yesterday?
Here I read this in my rocking chair with an extra 15 pounds to sway.

Firm believer in Paleo. Cut out gluten and dairy. fruit on empty stomach. Meat and veggies for primary meals. Dinner is always a power salad. Program it into your phone so you get a reminder everyday at just before dinner time. Its that easy. If you do not have the discipline to stick to it you are screwed! You cannot workout a bad diet, ever! If you wanna be tough you gotta eat good stuff!
Kick ass and take names baby!
