They still don't know. I like watching the forecasted high climb as the day goes on. We'll know how much rain we're going to get as soon as they look at the rain gauge after the storm passes. Why look until the day of, just say'n.
I hope to be long dead when rain becomes that rare.Sometime in the near future:
"Jim, I'm standing here on the corner of Beach and Talbert where moments ago, drops of water seemed to come from the sky and land on the ground. But not just the ground, it landed on cars, houses, businesses and even people. If I can get the camera to zoom in to this spot where I am told some of that water had collected into a formation called a "puddle..." We will have details and interviews at 11:00."

For you, and only for you, I recommend that you wear a swimmers cap under your helmet.Just invoke Rule 9 and get on with it.
Yes, agreed. I feel it will be a wet afternoon here. We did get some overnight and that was nice. I am working today but I may cut it short if the sky opens up while I am still out there. Nothing scarier than driving on a wet freeway that hasn't been washed off with rain in several months and is loaded with idiots that do not know how to drive on slick surfaces.Still nothing here. This looks promising but it appears to be breaking up and moving NE.
