"Eat food, not too much, mostly plants."There are lots of supplements making lots of claims. Are there any scientific studies to demonstrate safety and effectiveness? Anyone here had good results?

I am not too good at it, I eat too much meat and not enough plants. But I honestly believe that if you do just this one thing, you don't need any supplements or other anything else to improve performance.
