The one and only time I've been in the store was for my new helmet after my Limestone crash. My experience was positive, but I was in and out in about 20 minutes after trying on two other models. They weren't pushy or anything... And offered a couple suggestions.

What I've read here, though, is pretty disconcerting... Especially the "new" part with the same old serial number. That's pretty shady.
 
I used the word bummed. The guy I mentioned it to just looked disappointed. I didn't get into it with him because I know things can go wrong no matter how hard we try.

I think this speaks for itself. You know people are saying bad things about your store, but you really can't reply because its mostly true. I did hear that there was a big shake up in staffing last year. Who knows, maybe its better or maybe its the same BS. I don't think anyone here expects perfection all the time, but I think everyone here expects no BS and making things right when things go wrong.
