I understand that but there is a brotherhood in play here that can't be distributed. Unfortunately, your not part of that even though I keep trying to convince you and Voodoo to join. It is the brotherhood of the "One is all you Need". I want to make sure I am keeping committed to that. So if my fellow brothers are bringing their steeds I need to bring mine.

It would, for sure, but we have a limited window of childcare availability and have to stay local. And before we plunk down some serious coin on a bike, I think there may be more value in giving her a better taste of what everyday riding looks like. I'm trying to keep my game face on here and not let on that I'm as bummed as I am to be missing this ride this weekend.

Childcare? Your daughter should be out earning her keep by babysitting others!

I dunno Bugg, I think the fact that your spousal unit is stoked on riding and wants a bike definitely outweighs the disappointment of being so close to @Mikie and still not getting a hug. Besides, it looks like it's turning out to be a brofest of "who can bring the most challenging bike to ride..." Good luck beating @Grego's 2-spd beach cruiser from 2018. I think one of you manly men should ride a kid's pushbike!

It was just reported to me that the Snow Summit Parking Lot is closed with No Trespassing signs.

So open to suggestions. Certainly not a disastah!

The fire dept is using the parking lot for drills. They have their garb spread out all over the place and the lot looks really rough. As though they are about to resurface it.
