When I asked them to overnight my shock back to me, they tried to tell me that it would cost me $80. Laughable. I advised them I used my corporate account at work to overnight it to them in NC (from LA) and it was $14. The issue is they won't be able to complete my service/rebuild in time to overnight it to me in LA. Such is life.

Ok so a lot of talk about Sisar and Ranger station. I need solid info. the exact 2 start points for both options and amount of road riding in the beginning of said option. I need to punching driving info to gps.

Summit School parking lot is always open and a good place to park for those that will be riding from there. You can also park at the Ranger Station for free with no worries.

It will be cool/cold up on the ridge. One of the most recent times we did this ride, it got SUPER cold up there when we did not expect it to. I have encountered snow several times. At 4,000' - 5,000', anything is possible.
