any interested riders? Should be great temps. I can only ride in the PM, around 130-2 ish.
 
I should be able to make it! I'd favor a 1:30 start time if possible. What route do you have in mind? Is that fire very close to you scan?
 
Fire came very close to us, fortunately it stopped at a good road fire break directly south, just a block north of us. That howling wind is terrible. Smoky now, hope it doesn't blow up tomorrow. There is plenty of fuel to the west and east. It burned here in the 03 Grand prix fire if you remember , and that was worse, could have lost the house but thanks to the firefighters not much property damage.
I can shoot for 130. I'm open, have you done Leprechaun yet, a great trail.

I know that Scottay is hoping for a Friday Ride.

I'm really hoping for an all day Saturday ride. A late Sunday ride is tough on me as it will get me home late due to how far away Wrightwood is from my house. Getting up at 3:00am on Monday is never fun!!! :(

I could swing an all day Friday or Saturday ride this week so far????
 
Haven't done Leprechaun so that will be new to me. Where do you want to meet scan? I can't ride Saturday but if you want to change the ride off Sunday it's ok with me. It's a long summer with lots of chances to ride up there.

Start jackson lake, up fault line, up to blue r, down blue r, either do table and leprechaun or just leprechaun. We can see how we feel.

Okay smart azzzzz! I'm gonna show. I want to do an Epic on Saturday like rossage, but I'm still under "Doctahs Orders".
So we are talking 1:30 at Jackson Lake... If I'm late, which I rarely am, I will be there. Remember this is a 2 hour drive for me...

Not to derail this post...
I am planning in the near future another "I Hate Me Epic" at my house. The route is planned and totally do-able (not like last time where you had to have super human strength to finish, like SOME). I need to rebuild some endurance for this one...

We will park at my house, get shuttled to the trailhead, and then ride back to my house to lunch and brew...

I got some orders from the Doctor!!! Dr Feelgood! He says ride more EPICS with Rossage!!!! :o

Still thinking Wrightwood on Sat. Confirm later. Thinking start at South Fork, up the road, Jackson Lake et al, and the a tasty finish on Manzanita.....Again, I will confirm and create another post if this flies.

Either I forgot or just don't know where South Fork is? And remember you don't always have to get up early, it really does you good to sleep in and then ride.
 
Hillbilly, I thnkthat is the name of the campground where we usually park to do this loop. I will double check and let you know.

I'll try to get it back on track! Sounds like a plan scan the man! 1:30 at Jackson on Sunday. Where is Leprechaun? I'd rather do that than Table Mtn. since it's new to me.

We didn't derail the train. We just went down to the dining car! :D
I started another post when things were getting wild.....We will post up some pics and give you guys a trail report. In the other thread!

mad dog leprechaun is on the way back down to Jackson Lake mostly downhill .leg and arm covering might be good if there is poison oak .
