Three Rivers

We're staying there for a few days this coming week. Little family trip to Sequoia kings. Any suggestions on where to go? Food?

Got the parks pretty much planned, but still open to suggestions for family stuff, with a toddler. I'll have my osprey carrier so short moderate hikes or things to see?

Good places to swim?

When I was there eons ago, we did the Crystal Cave tour which was awesome but I am not sure if it's open. The MASSIVE trees are an eyeful, too. And the bugs there are big enough to carry you away.

Something to do: South Fork road to pick wild Black Berry's on the side of the road. Swimming: Park at the Ranger Station and walk down the mountain to the water. Heed the signs for drowning but this time of year should be low- possibly way low. I have a 42 year old pic ( 1978) of me jumping into the water behind the ranger station if you want see it. We used to have a family Walnut Farm nearby-
