The Trail Advocacy Forum is now private. Having discussed with some key members that are very active in Trail Access and strategies we decided to make this Forum only available to members. Naturally if someone felt so compelled to join and be a spy, I'm not sure how I can prevent that. I wanted to at least not let our thoughts and plans just be out there for the world to see.
I hope you agree this is a good strategy.
As a side note, Ride Reports is also a Private Forum for members only now. It was as well with our old Forum Software. The thought behind that is it is media heavy and it kills server bandwidth from the bombardment of visitors.
If visitors want to view our ride reports, they can become a member for free. That's not too much to ask... ha hah! (Plus, since we did this, membership has continued to climb steadily)...
