Gotta put in a plug for creatine, 5 mg a day…brain health, obvious MSK applications, endurance, etc. also, I take Gundry MCT Wellness….Elysium Basis, citicholine, methylated b vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids, I basically am on board with almost all of Andrew Hubermans recommendations re health. He has an awesome podcast.
