Specialized Chisel frame

iMTB Hooligan
Yep, the Chisel frame is for sale. 3.9lbs of Al alloy love. Size large. No dings just normal wear and tear from actual mountain biking.
$275

No longer for sale.
Two flakes soured me on internet sales and a wheel dilemma prompted a change in plans.
Both my Specialized frames have Boost 148 rear ends. The Highball is 142...
Now I can run both bikes on a minimum of wheels.
Now, what to do about my 100mm carbon fork?

No.
Fůck Craigslist.
It's like these scammers use the same script over and over and over.
Agree on price.
Agree on meeting place.
Confirm price
Mention that you won't take less than what has been agreed upon.
So make sure they know the price.
Get low-balled, and insulted when you don't go for it.
Same Sh!t, every time.

I’d rather give Sh!t away than deal with Craigslist.

Had a guy drive up to Tustin from Tijuana to buy my Highball. We agreed on the price and I sent him a bazillion requested pictures. Tried to lowball me when he got there saying he had cash in hand. Not sure what type of payment other than cash he thought I was planning on accepting for our agreed upon price. I just started loading the bike back on my bike rack and told him I was going home. Miraculously he pulled more cash from his other pocket to get to the price we agreed on.

A for effort. Almost F for execution.

Is the fork for sale?
For some unexplainable reason, I registered for the 2020 BWR (I wasn't drunk), and I might need it....

Nah. I wouldn't feel right selling it. I'm surprised I trust it myself. 6 years old, abused, and rattle-canned painted by yours truly.
I would like to get something similar in a Boost 110 width, clearance for 2.8 tires and 480mm axle to crown-that doesn't cost $400+
Just rode the rigid Chisel today-what a blast! The carbon bars, fork and seatpost complement the compliant Chisel frame and the whole thing just becomes a flow machine.

I couldn't disagree more. Price it stupid low from the start, that's what I do. Whoever buys it will think that they are getting such a good deal that they won't even consider asking you to go down on the price. I have cleared out numerous items on CL in recent months. It's been a Godsend.

If you are actually trying to make a little money on the frame, then I suggest starting an auction on ebay. CL is good for clearing out clutter, and nothing more.

Sell it for dirt cheap as "needs service".
