I’m liking that centering bolt idea! I do hope that catches on.

I still really n single piston front and rear. I never really felt I needed more than that. Definitely interested to hear your take on the dual.

Thanks,
I was just reading up on them and thought the A2 meant dual piston. Then I saw the A4’s.
Very interested to know what your performance review will be.

Thanks for posting this up.

A2 are dual piston.. How can you have a brake caliper with only one piston? It would have only 1 brakepad.

I can see where the dual piston talk can be confusing.
I say single piston to mean the traditional brake. Having a piston on each side pushing a brake pad. I say dual piston to mean there are four pistons, two on each side pushing a larger brake pad.

I can lock my Shimano XT single piston brakes (1 piston on each side ;)) with minimum single finger pull effort, so I still see no benefit to a 4 piston caliper other then possibly less heat? Maybe slower wearing pads due to volume?

I have learned to be more open minded on new product, but I want to sift through the fads to stick with function over fashion.
