My initial assessment is that blood loss would be the primary health concern for these dummies.

Thanks for updating your certification, you two. I went through a refresher summer before last with OC Parks. Our CPR rhythm song was: bop, bop , bop, bop.. "Stayin' Alive," by the Bee Gees.

It's been a long time since I've had a class. Where exactly do you place your hands? Is it right on the sternum? And 100 compressions per minute?

Ever want to read something interesting read the Story of Henry Heimlich...fascinating life, impact and fall from grace, accusations of fraud... He invented several widely adopted life saving tools & techniques besides the Heimlich..and then by many accounts went too far. In fact it is no longer officially called the Heimlich Maneuver it is now the Abdominal Thrust because his split with the main stream medical institutions.

Cpr / first aid classes are offered by American red cross & some hospitals. . There's even a few on line. . Recertification are ever 2 yrs. I recommend it.. Thank you! ♡
