Man... Such a shame. Foothill Ranch is blowing up with new home development and now they want Portola Hills. Way too many people for this small area. I'll check out the site.

Thanks for the heads up, fongster. I'm on board with that effort, and in the queue to donate services.

This Baldwin developer sounds like a real bottom feeder; stings local contractors by turning BK, then emerges with this new money grab and foothill uglification idea. These same money grubbers have no issue with bulldozing your trails and open space, and packing it with stick frames and strip malls.

I hope they get some pressure from Oakley, too.
