Newbie with Hope!
Hi,

Im Nate, I'm new to the whole forum thing. 32, been riding bikes since I can remember, BMX, Road and Track, and got a mountain bike about a year ago. Been going out at least twice a weekend, and try to get out one weekday a week. 2014 trance sx 27.5 Like single track, but will climb a fire road if the single track is worth it on the other side. Live in West LA and always looking for new people to ride with.

Thanks!

Welcome from SoLag, N8! Good peeps here on this forum.

C'mon down and ride in my 'hood some day.

Nate, if'n yer already in Deep Los Angeles, you should check out the Ride Reports forum, and perhaps head up to a Golden Eagle fun-fest. There is much else around you also. Welcome. Ride lots. Post much. Banter more.

Welcome Nate! Keep tabs on the Trailhead forum for rides happening in the Santa Monicas. I tend to lead a sufferfest or two in that area. Sometimes we start from the SF valley side but sometimes I will start from the west side as well.

Thanks! I live in West LA. Spend a lot of time riding in SM Mountain and up in Thousand Oaks. Like Pasadena also (El Pierto and Sunset Ridge). Ill Check out the Ride Reports. Would be stoked to link up with some new people.

Thanks again

Hey Nate!
Welcome aboard.
Mikie from more of the Northern side of things. You're in a good spot!
Lots of great people all around you.
The Santa Monica's, the Gabes, you got it going on for MTB!
Like everyone has said. This is a fun and friendly place, don't be afraid to jump in any conversation.
And like what seems to be a mantra here:
Ride often, Post lots!

Welcome, natec. Hope to share some dirt with ya.

I'm another OCer, down in the Santa Anas foothills. Always up for local guiding; holler if ya get down here or wanna. The short rides are 10 miles long, or can get as long and hairy as you like. 5+ mile downhills. Cheers...

You moved to Leisure World?
You're the exception J:
