Makes sense when he's done a 2:28 marathon in the past!!! The genetic lottery definitely stacked in his favor, what a guy!! The Mt washington climb he won in 2011, The Mt. Washington Auto Road Bicycle Hillclimb and Newton’s Revenge are known as the toughest hillclimbs in the world at 7.6 miles in length, has an average grade of 12% with extended sections of 18% and the last 50 yards is an amazing 22%! I was racing in Castaic lake once. We had to go around the lap twice. Coming around the first time, there was a volunteer just yelling -Go left, go left.
He must have seen the hesitation in my eyes , when at that moment I couldn't tell my left from my right. Then he just pointed left and said -Go that way!
