I am blushing. I finally became a somebody today. On Pinkbike, I've occasionally prompted responses from amazing riders before like Eric Carter, Jared Graves, Emily Batty, Stevie Smith's mom Tiann and a few others, but today is a monumental achievement. Top up-voted post on a thread. thank God my impact on the MtB world is based on writing and not riding! :oops:

You're a badass wrider. But do you have the endurance of Varaxis? Epic ¶s! :D Both you guys can definitely write yourself out of a paper bag.

oh - and you need instagram! Many of the pros will actually respond to you! However, I think longwinded comments may be ignored.


Gwin once responded to my comment! I felt impressed. Cole Seely is actually really responsive for having like 100k followers.

Lopes is always nice and responsive too... One time he responded to a comment I made months prior.
 
What's more unbelievable is that the top propped comment isn't some high school level pun. Wait a few years and maybe there will be some college-aged ones like, "Looking Fab again Bareling through gneiss rock gardens and schist."

Merci Beaucoup! I am impressed that you read the rest of the comments on that thread. Then again, you are known for endurance with a high threshold for boredom and pain combined. Looks like I translated OK, and I'm not lying - I don't speak French nor did I look up anything. I am too lazy for that. On the other hand, it's actually pretty obvious when you look at it. Not much of a challenge.
