Ride Description or Details:
17 miles and under 4,000 feet of climbing... With sunset at almost 7:00, we'll get quite far before we have to turn the lights on. :)

Meet Location: I usually park 1/2 mile before the Maple Springs gate. The forest service opened the gates this weekend, so you can actually park inside now... If it remains open.

The parking lot, however, closes at sundown.

Previous Ride Reports: Lots.
Possible Bail-Outs: Turn around at any point up to Four Corners at mile 7.5ish.
Facilities: Portable Potty at the beginning. Bushes after that.
Food/water suggestions: We're all big boys and girls. You know what you need.

Also.....if you think you are gonna show up...let Steve know.....by no later than 5:30 on Weds. Once we head into the canyon, there is absolutely no cell reception back there.

That way we are not waiting around for someone who may or may not show up. Plus if everyone is accounted for, be can roll as soon as we are ready. :thumbsup:
