Ok you weight weenie's, the lightest XC wheel set is here! Forget about carbon rims, go for a full carbon wheel set. I do think they look cool but unfortunately I'm over the weight limit . Best comment on the page was some one saying they would paint the 29" to look like real wagon wheels .

Awe... hell NO! I wouldn't ride a wheel that has an 187lbs weight limit even if I weighed 160lbs and an AM version with a 231lbs limit, NOT!

That wheel on that fork under me? I'd have to crawl down my local trails at 1/10th the speed I prefer ( you too Grego!). I would probably be just about as slow up the hill too - nothing can cure that except for riding 10,000' days with J (and that ain't happening).

Try it....you might just like it. It's like a drug.

I am under the weight limit....and I wouldn't touch those....not even as a race day wheel.

Probably a good reason for that. Probably 1900g which doesn't save weight but applies a weight limit. I don't think my Flows even have a weight limit.

Gotta love those BMX wheels above , of course only for nostalgic reasons.

That is pretty funny. Also funny is painting the whole wheel set would add hundreds of grams (40 grams just per rim, remember that awesome thread?), hence defeating there purpose.
