Les Hawkins (I call him eLes) brought his bike by my shop to throw on a OneUp Dropper, New High-Rise Bars, and some better Flats. Afterwards we trekked out to Horseshoe Canyon to try out some preliminary trails that Rock Solid, the premiere Mountain Bike Tail Builder of NWA, was funded to build. 10 Miles of the contracted 20 are built. Two Blues, One Black and I think 3 Greens currently exist.
This vid is the trail start to finish.
I know we talk a lot in the Vid that Honey Badger is a Blue Trail with some Black qualities. Cody Monster Trail is the same. Watching the vid myself, it looked less Black. But it had some tricky spots. Overall, I loved the two Blue Trails.
This is the first place we had to buy a day pass as it is a privately owned Dude Ranch gone Mountain Bike! Yah gotta love NWA!
Day Fee was $10.95. Was it worth it? I wouldn't go there once a week, but I would take folks out there on occasion.
Hey, I know this sounds cheesy, but if you don't mind "Liking" the YouTube vids you watch and maybe even "Subscribe" I would appreciate it as I'm looking at new ways to fund imtbtrails in retirement. Thanks!
