I have been off my bike way to long due to work
Have decided to get back in the saddle any suggestions on beginner trails need to get back in shape and don't know what trails are even open

I've never been, but there are some good beginner rides in the Palos Verdes area. I'm sure plenty will jump in with more suggestions.

Welcome, Darts - the FLoop might be a bit of a stretch for you. Isn't Gardena somewhere near...no, that's not it.

Anyway, find lots to ride, write about it a lot, and give as good as you get.

Thanks all I worked in the OC for many years so I do know those trails well. Gonna out to Fully one day soon
I currently work in PV not very MTB friendly here but there are hills to climb
