It's sad that so many bike shops are having such significant thefts. In this case, for the cost of the stolen items (7 bikes, shocks, iPad, etc.), GG could have put in a solid security system and done 'target hardening' that would have made it very difficult to steal their merchandise. Of course, thieves can get around almost any system with enough time and effort, but bike shops should really consider how to best prevent these crimes and make their bike shops look like bad targets. Also, a good reminder to all of us to keep our bikes safe--mine stays locked inside and is right next to my German Shepherd's bed
