GT & Rocky Mountain --- Bad News

Many models are half off.
I miss the bikes they made in Santa Ana, back when GT was good.
I had a 2000 "Santa Ana" Zaskar that I built into a super-light single speed (with a magic 32-20) that I rode for years and had a blast as well as a mid-90's US-manufactured I-Drive that was excellent too (until the seatpost cracked because the notch for the clamp extended into the weld)..

GTs are still good. But yes, I understand the reminiscing about their local roots. They made the most desirable bikes when I started riding - Zaskar and Xixang, and then led the full sus movement with the LTS series - a design that worked much better than the Unified Rear Triangle disaster of the Treks, Kleins, Schwinns and others of the mid '90s. Proflex and Specialized designs worked well too.
