I got them from a Chinese factory that makes Derby, NOBL, NOX, etc. depending on who you ask.
Already built by them.
I have run a few sets of Chinese carbon hoops. Never had a problem.
I sold the bike these were going to go on.
Looks like they dropped the price since I got these....
