Am I the only person not riding today...or tomorrow?

My legs are shrinking, my gut and lungs are jostling for position, but my thumbs are stronger than ever! Thank you iMTBtrails.com for keeping my fingers in shape.

I didn't ride today either, have a cracked rib. But it's feeling a little better, so might just suck up the pain and do a short ride tomorrow.
And in case your wondering ( which your not), this is probably the 4th or 5th time I've cracked or broken ribs. Oh well.....like my Dr said last time i broke 3 of 'em,
" the benefits of cycling far out way the risks. Don't let this stop you from riding." He's a smart man!

The rain kept me inside today, but I've got cabin fever today and I'm going to make sure to go out tomorrow. Thinking maybe Holy Jim to Trabuco. But not sure how damp it'll be up there, so I might do something else. Not sure!

Uhhhh, Danimal.... would you please stop bruising, cracking or breaking your ribs. It's getting a little redundant. :( Can I assume you did this by falling off of your mtb again?

I am also not riding today or tomorrow. Today - homework and CIF VB playoff game. Tomorrow - daughter's 5th b-day party. Wife said I could ride Santi Oaks during party, but I wouldn't dare. Or would I?

I rode today after work (5:50am) did the loop, some mud in your face once in a while is nice, passed by the burnt area, looks nice but sad. I dont have time tomorrow so today was the day, pretty much tired after but happy I did it.

Trail work today, 5 Oaks in Aliso with Sirs Jim and Ryan (they earned the sir title by knighthood into the sacred order of intelligent trail builders/maintainers). We even had some holy trail cleansing rain fall on us for a half hour or so, that was cool. My shoulders/arms/neck hurt from following them with tamper duty, but man is that trail gonna be (even more) fun...

Cougar/Craig, may also be doing HJ-Trabuco tomorrow, but plans not finalized yet...

I was up at Blue Jay today with the family and the truck and things didn't look too muddy (although Main Divide was closed to motorized vehicles - I was wanting to go to the intersection of Main Divide, Trabuco, and Los Pinos to see how things were - and to do some 4x4). So it should be fairly decent tomorrow (although I'm slightly worried about the sections under the canopy on HJ). I think the wife won't let me out of the house until 8:30-9am, I think she mentioned a 7:30am class at the gym. Might be too late in the morning for others!

I've tanked you in other threads, but THANK YOU!!! Thanks to Jim and Ryan too. I know that Ryan and Jim really know their stuff when it comes to contouring trails, and I am so glad it was you guys and not LCF.

Thank you again!
