Condition: don't really know, it fell off the back of a truck into my hands. I'm sure the owner knew this and just kept going. He really wanted to me have it.

What's really funny is that there are tons of listings like this on eBay. one picture and absolutely no other Info. At least they listed a price.***Pre-OP edit above.***
 
A person serious about getting top dollar or more for a used bike will add every conceivable bike and component spec, and will include many detailed photos, and rationale for selling. And even then it's iffy that someone will bite, triply so on an enthusiast site like this. Quadruply so for an outdated version of a frame.
