First to start off my ride report I have to say , Nothing personal please We are not rode riders or even have rode bikes, but have been on 3 Trek travel bike adventures (yellow stone /Grand Tetons, & Glaciers montana/ Canada & Oregon crater lake) and explored these places with them on their trek hybrids & had such a wonderfu!!l time So since we have never been to New Mexico & really wanted to see as much as possible so we thought it would be great to visit " the land of enchantment "By Biking 250 plus miles of back country & gravel roads from Santa Fe to Ojo Caliente than over the breathtaking Taos Gorge bridge than on to Taos NM, than ride to visit the Vietnam Memorial & on to ride over Bobcat pass 9685ft, riding the enchanted circle thru Carson National Forest in 5 days. It was awesome!! & plus now we know where to go back for some epik mountain biking too. Thank you! P.S. my butt is done. . So Saturday I will be supervising my sawyers for some chainsaw work.. that's my ride report Thank you very much :) mcg and me hugs ♡ ♡

That Rio Grande Gorge bridge will freak you out if you are not expecting it. It just looks like another flat bridge when you start, then the ground disappears 1000 ft.

Anybody else kayak or raft the Lower Taos Box underneath said bridge? Great river run! Upper Taos Box is gnarly.

Thanks for posting and great adventure!
