Brand new and never used. If your bike has a smaller 360w Gen2 battery this is a great upgrade. Prefer local pick up, but can ship at buyers expense.

If you don't know, be really careful shipping a battery > 100 wh since AFAIK you need to go through a HAZMAT office or could be fined heavily.

Not sure if thats true. I packaged and shipped a Orbea 252w range extender for $12.36 to Menlo Park. Told the USPS what was in package and no hazmat concern or fines

That’s very true, if you ship a bike battery or anything like that, there are certain procedures that you need to do. Ask me how I know.

I don’t know anything about shipping batteries but it’s also you dealt with a clueless employee. I know I frequently travel with firearms and literally every airline and/or TSA station has different rules so clearly some of them are violating policies. The TSA officers in Austin even called the police on me because they had no idea what they were doing. Lots of clueless people out there.

I've shipped batteries a few times, and the USPS will not accept them, always say to take to UPS and haven't had a problem with them.

UPS has procedures on shipping anything with batteries also. Maybe you had a clueless employee also. I had to put stickers on it labeling it had batteries and fill out a hazmat form.
