Wtf happened to Barham Ridge!?

Rode today and it's all gone. Completely flattened loose fire road. Been riding it for 12+ years and I know it's been there longer than that. That was probably the easiest green trail out there to sanitize and it had an easier option down the middle. If you couldn't learn to ride that trail, this sport is not for you.

Ugh, did they grade it again? That will likely be the end of my cuppie.

They did that a few years ago too. Sucks. It was such a fun trail with the high speed drop and the berms on the sides.

It will come back eventually.

I heard they graded Emerald Canyon in Laguna also.

Bummer to hear that! I've ridden that trail a few times and it was always a great warm-up. Sanitizing trails can be a real shame, especially when they're iconic ones like that. It's like, where's the challenge and fun in riding if everything's just smooth and easy?
