imtbtrails Members Classifieds Rules of Engagement:

1. The imtbtrails classifieds are for ACTIVE MEMBERS ONLY. This is not a public classified service.
  • imtbtrails has been designed to not allow posts in the Classified Forum until 10 posts have been posted in other Forums.
  • You have received 5 likes from other imtbtrails members
  • You have been a member for 7 days
If your only goal is to post 10 posts so you CAN post in the classifieds, it will be considered Spam, and most likely will be deleted. imtbtrails sincerely appreciates you abiding by this rule first and foremost. It is SO important you understand this... that you should read number 8 next. :sneaky:
2. Recommend NOT putting the price in the Title of the Thread. You can not change the title.
3. Always best to post a pick of your item for sale. So please do.
4. If the item is "size related" (Bike, Bike Frame, Gear, Helmets, Gloves...etc.) Please list the size.
5. When Posting your item for sale, check the box below, "Notify me when a reply is posted". That way you know someone is interested in your item and you can get back to them. If you already have a posting here, please click edit on your post and go check that box...
6. Check your post regularly to be courteous to those that have inquired.
7. Please post if the item is no longer for sale, or it has sold so you do not leave your mountain bike buddies hanging...
8. Be aware that the imtbtrails community does not appreciate people signing up to just sell their stuff and then disappear. This a Forum of relationships where we share opportunities to buy and sell among our community. Abide in this or you will no doubt be considered Spam and deleted...
9. Members of imtbtrails. If you have constructive criticism or awesome advise of anything for sale by another member, please PM them so their Advertisement does not turn into a discussion, or scare away potential buyers. The Forum greatly appreciates your respecting this. :thumbsup:

And if you are listing a bike or frame.....make sure you list the size of frame.

Frustrating when you look at an ad....buy my bike....maybe I would, but if you are too lazy to lists the size, what else were you to lazy to take care of on the bike.

If I did this right, and I believe I did. New Members must post 10 posts in other forums prior to being allowed to post up in Classifieds.
The goal of which is to establish yourself as a member and not a spammer...

Let me know if anyone has technical challenges.
