Bonelli Park Monday Night Rides

My son has Civil Air Patrol meetings at Brackett Airport every Monday so I have taken this opportunity to ride Bonelli Park every Monday night while I wait for him for the foreseeable future and would like to extend this invitation to anyone who might want to join me. Here are the details:

Where: Brackett Airfied Parking
1667 McKinley Ave. La Verne, CA 91750
When: 7pm - Roll at 7:10

Bring lights!

Bonelli has everything, single track, fire road, technical, intermediate, beginner. It is a great place to work on skills and train. I usually ride the usual loop around the park and mix it up in between with various single track options or climbs. Mileage and gain can range from 10 - 15 miles and 1500 to 3000 elevation gain. Pace depends on who shows up.

Cisco, rode thru the parking lot a little after 7, finishing my ride (had to go earlier). Don't think I saw you, unless that was with you with 2 younger kids with bikes.

@scan I started just before 7 so would've been at the water crossing by then. Didn't have any commits so hit it right away. Would've been nice to see you although we've never met but next time I'll look out for Trek rider, I'm on a bright green Trek....

That is correct, will be there on Monday at 7pm Brackett Field parking lot. It'd be awesome if you could join! I drive a black Honda Civic and have a bright green Trek. Thanks!

@Cisco Roots took me on a tour of Bonelli park this evening. I've been to Bonelli many times but it looks very different in the dark. Some of those trails get a pretty "creepy" after the sun goes down, I was glad to not be riding alone. I thought I knew all the trails in the park but Cisco took me on a couple I'd never been on and pointed out a few more. I happened to have ridden Bonelli on Saturday, when it was over 90 degrees, this was MUCH nicer. Hopefully I can make this a regular ride.

Thanks for comin' out @BeckTrex! It was nice to have someone to ride with cuz like you said, it gets kinda creepy out there. Great ride and glad you were down to hit all the good stuff too!
